MEET AKINOLA "AK" ADESOJI?  

Akinola “AK” Adesoji, is as straight-forward as it gets ... as an individual and as a brilliant brand!

A Compere, Presenter and Emcee par excellence with a voracious appetite for Creativity, Humour and quality Entertainment. He owns MCAK47 Enterprises; an Entertainment & Events Management Company. 

AK is an Alumnus of the prestigious Kings’ College Lagos and a graduate of Estate Management from The University of Lagos, Akoka. After a brief stint in the Fashion industry and a 2 year career in the Corporate Affairs Group of one of Nigeria’s foremost Banks, GT Bank Nigeria PLC. (Events & Brand Management Unit), he decided to make a career out of his passion & obvious talent; the gift of the gab.

In 2009, while working in the bank, he co-hosted a Radio show titled GT Connect Radio; along with Frank Edoho and Cordelia Okpei. It was broadcasted on Cool FM and the Radio Nigeria Network. The show ran for six months.

In less than three years in the Entertainment industry, AK has hosted over 150 corporate and non-corporate events, engaging audiences ranging from 50 to 5,000 persons. He has also anchored events for blue chip organizations such as MTN Nigeria, Unilever Nigeria, Guaranty Trust Bank Group, Access Bank, The Honda Place, Microsoft Nigeria and a host of others. 

These events are quite diverse; and include Product Launches, Seminars, Concerts, Weddings, Company Dinners, End-of-Year Parties, Fashion Shows, Birthday Parties, etc.

AK is guided by 4 core principles: Excellence, Creativity, Professionalism and Humour. He is currently expanding his scope to go international, provide media content for media stations and host Top-rated TV shows.

He also enjoys traveling, reading, watching movies, meeting people, watching and playing football. 

AK is married, with two adorable daughters.

A practical man, AK has been credited with the famous line; “You never know the value of a good Presenter/Emcee, until you have a bad one!”
